What started as Autism Ally Group — a small community supporting families navigating autism — has grown into The Uplyft Group, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to building a more inclusive world for people with disabilities.
The Uplyft Center is where spiritual inclusion meets personal growth. It’s a space designed to nurture both soul and skill — helping individuals with disabilities find belonging in faith, build confidence through talent, and access pathways to meaningful employment and friendship.

Florence Kitchen exists at the intersection of nutrition, dignity, and inclusion. We believe that access to food should never depend on ability, income, or circumstance. Our programs combine nourishment with empowerment—offering food security, skill-building, and opportunities for independence within our communities.

Ike Ogbuebile is a corporate strategist, certified trainer, and executive coach with over two decades of experience advancing leadership and human capital development across the U.S., U.K., and Africa. Known for his people-centered and results-driven approach, he transforms complex strategies into practical outcomes for organizations and communities. Ike holds an M.A. in Human Resource Management from Middlesex University, a Certificate from Cornell University, and is a member of AACC, NITAD, and CIPD (UK).
Ibrahim Jimoh is the Head of Business Development at Uplyft Group, where he drives strategic partnerships and growth initiatives across multiple sectors. With a strong background in sales, innovation, and market expansion, he focuses on building sustainable relationships that align with the organization’s mission. His leadership combines data-driven insight with people-centered strategy to deliver measurable business impact.
Mayowa Michael is a dynamic creative director and graphic artist with over 14 years of experience in corporate, agency, and freelance design. He has led acclaimed print, digital, and interactive projects for top brands like MTN Business, GSK-Lucozade, and UAC Foods, shaping powerful brand identities and campaigns. Known for his collaborative leadership and innovative solutions, he continues to drive creative excellence across every project he undertakes.
